Delicious stock
A tub of Marigold lasts me a year. I use it generously as a stock. Great for vegetarians and for any dish. I real plus is the reduction in packaging compared to stock cubes. To keep it really fresh I decant it into an airtight container.

Amazing results
Put kefir grains straight into milk as per instructions on the Internet- the day after I had kefir. Very pleased because I read that it often takes several cultures before it works. I now wait for the health benefits! Thank you
