It's a shame that Potterton doesn't tell the EP2000's owner the 'secret' of how to release the programmer from its back-plate, hence the minor marks on the unit's underside (probably made by a screwdriver), but these should not affect the EP2000's performance.

Looks great but handles are plastic!
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this to carry logs in from outside, to our burner. Wasn’t cheap so expected good quality which it mostly is however the handles are plastic not metal and after just a few weeks are turning black and aren’t fairing well to the heat, I’m not confident the handles will last as long as the basket which I must say is of good quality.
