    What an awful seller gnome arrived with a broken base had been packaged very badly nothing inside box to prevent gnome moving, no fragile or this way up on the outside. Contacted seller sending photos of damage and packaging they just said it wasn’t their fault, eventually reluctantly offered a £5.00 refund I felt it should be a 50/50 split but he wouldn’t do that. I would never recommend this seller

    On time & very carefully packaged / As discribed if not better ! Excellent working condition, stands well against an long time family owned twin. Many stories recent & old, sold with antiques - some times little reward for the tug when they go, except for appreciative home waiting.     Arrived on time, but that it arrived intact was more luck than anything. The box was falling apart and there was no packing inside to protect it. The piece was as photographed but I would be highly unlikely to purchase breakable items again from this seller.

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SELLER. THEY SENT ME A 5 STONE ITEM IN A PLASTIC BAG AND BLAMED EVERYBODY BUT THEMSELVES WHEN IT ARRIVED DAMAGED. ARGUMENTATIVE AND SEXIST AND MISOGYNISTIC. APPARENTLY I CANNOT CARRY THINGS AS I AM A WOMAN, THIS SELLER USES DISGUSTING WORDS AGAINST WOMEN, GOT MY REFUND THANKS TO EBAY. SELLER IS FULL OF LIES AND HAS A REPEAT HISTORY OF SELLING BROKEN ITEMS THEN REFUSES RETURNS. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ON EBAY, THIS SELLER HAS NO CARE OR RESPECT. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
