Very worth the read!
This is a great book. It educates the reader in how the back works, what solutions to pain are the least risky and most likely to help long term. It focuses on walking and good back care more than recommending surgery at the drop of the hat. I walk 3 miles about 4 times a week and I have not had much pain for quite some time.
