Poorly packaged
3 of 3 found this helpful The plant was very poorly packaged, with no attempt to retain moisture. Consequently, it arrived with all the soil so dry that it had fallen away from the tree fern.
However, after one week, soaking and repotting, it looks fully recovered and a healthy little specimen.
