I had to contact the seller to let them know 2 of the diamontes came out of one of the 3 clips. Without any photos, or several questions, they refunded me immediately. I sometimes get fed up of when I buy something and only costs a few pound, I have to go through so many emails to try and get a refund or part refund. 2009luck5 was just brilliant. I would definitely buy from them again.
