If it’s too good to be true, it’s not
It was sold as is. My bad, it didn’t cost a lot. The tension unit was a little rougher than I thought from the pictures. The spring was bent and the tension discs had more surface rust than I was comfortable with. I ended up getting a rebuilt kit and spending a little more than if I had bought a better descriptive unit and asked questions
