  The undertray was damaged on arrival. It had been poorly packaged. I had it repaired at a cost of £30 and asked for a refund of this amount. The seller declined but did offer refund less postage if I sent it back. This made no financial sense and would leave me out of pocket. Close examination of sale photos revealed damage was there before posting to me and had not been declared by seller. Damage costs were a perfectly reasonable request in the circumstances but refused.
