Battery wont charge at all

I see all of the great reviews about this phone I think I might of been lucky enough to get a lemon. I charged it fully for the first time before using and noticed it drained down to 70 percent in a matter of 15 minutes. I tried to charge it and it wont charge past 70 percent.
