  The clock arrived promptly and was packed with plenty of bubble wrap. Unfortunately despite this the glass clock face cover had been smashed in transit. I contacted the seller who offered a full refund if I returned it or a partial refund to cover the cost of a new cover if I decided to keep it. I went with the latter as I am happy with the clock otherwise and should be able to repair it. The seller was very prompt and helpful throughout.
