Rotten batterues
This arrived with batteries that were very old and leaking battery acid! Very disappointed someone actually put those batteries in the packaging like that! Shows no care or consideration!

Very flimsy
I got this for my chihuahua and sadly it just doesn't sit right on the seat. It tends to lean forward making it awkward for the dog to sit or lay in it without leaning forward!
The fuzzy material that goes around the edges is poor quality and literally trims the edges. It doesn't go in the basket as one may of thought it does.
If your gonna get a car seat for your dog spend a bit more for the sake of the dogs comfort
