The layout and style of the book are very nice but I had trouble finding many recipes that I actually looked forward to trying. Possibly there are more up to dates books on the subject

Accurate title but read the specifics of what is on the discs
Although these workouts were produced in 2014 the info is timeless. The instructor starts slow and gradually increases the energy then backs off towards the end. Very nice to be able to target certain goals such as weight loss or posture improvement. It is nice to have some quick =30 minute workouts= and a long one hour workout for days when you have more time. Overall a good value for excellent trainings.
