Solid and excellently-designed seat
We've used Bemis Silentium seats in our current and last house. They are properly designed and solidly built. The STA-TITE fasteners ensure the seat stays put. We've had a similar product from another manufacturer, but those have broken, do not close silently or do not stay put.
BEMIS products are excellent.

Excellent product - better than others
Bemis toilet seats are superb. Bemis silent (or Silentium) seats close quietly, are robust and high quality. I have fitted others that have broken within months and need to be tightened twice-weekly. With Bemis seats, you can be sure they fit easily, work properly and last many years. ... and the price is similar to others.
Bemis produce a product that is rare: well designed, well made and well priced.

Basic rear derailleur
I bought this to replace a damaged derailleur on a boy's bike. This model was fitted to the original so I bought the same model. This is probably the lowest model in Shimano's range and isn't sophisticated. However, it does the job and was cheap so I won't mind buying another if it is broken again.
