Trimming Chainsaw with Gusto

Just a great trimming chainsaw with gusto, starts in two pulls. Its light weight even with a 16" bar and chain, and well balanced too. Easy removal top cover and easy clean air filter, also air filter stays very clean on its own and has a good flow of air from the flywheel. Engine does not get excessively hot, and it starts well hot or cold. No real negative comments.

A really great limb & trim chainsaw

A really nice limb & trim chainsaw, very lite, easy to start, and with the 3/8 low profile chain and a 14 inch bar, It cuts like crazy. The oiler is not adjustible, and is a direct gear drive from the crankshaft, so it has an excess of oil, cut a small 25 ft pine tree down, and cut up into pieces, and it used 2/3 tank of bar oil. Maintenance is also a little difficult since removing the air filter and cleaning the Carb compartment, requires removing the rear handle, throttle linkage, and an additional plastic piece along the backside of the Carb. compartment. I would Not recommend a novice doing that much disassembly to work in the Carburator compartment. However If you need a lite and very small trim chainsaw and don't mind taking it to an authorized repair center, then this might be the chainsaw for you.
