Lightweight and well made

On balance it didn't cost a great deal and its light weight. Unlike the toy-like light weight seths you can buy for a few pounds I find the diaphragm works well enough for listening to lungs and picking up additional sounds. I can hear bowel sounds and I can auscultate a blood pressure with it too. The bell I havent really had any success with yet as it seems quiet or rather the backgorund is too noisy to be able to use it.
