Sadly still hasn't arrived, not leaving bad feedback or claimed a refund as it's not the sellers fault so why should they be out of pocket for the Royal Mails error. I'm still holding on to hope it does arrive as it's a nice item, so here's fingers crossed. Excellent seller though, good fast communication and helpful when needed. Many thanks anyways.

Not a good buyer Item was as described and photographed clearly. Karen Millen top for £5 which was a faded black when bought new and wasn’t happy it looked washed even after explaining it was as should be. . Offered refund on item but not postage even though I don’t accept returns as a goodwill and still raised complaint. was given refund and kept item.
