Love the winch but need help
Well I was tryna find out the year I purchased my winch from Tuff stuff because I never had a problem with my winch. Maybe on used it 5 times out in its life. It was great and reliable. So this passed spring my truck went down due to bad trans. Used the winch to pull my truck on the trailer. It worked fine. So finally this October 2018 I finally get my truck back alive and well new battery and all I went to go pull someone out side the road and my winch want say nothing. It will not respond to wireless nor the plug . Everything is powered like it should. I was very frustrated about the situation. Could you point me in the direction or tell me what I need to do to get it working again cause I need it. My truck have a full bumper replacement and need to have it in working condition.
