It's alright
Pros - Slightly easier to use than a full-blown carpet cleaner's hand attachment, refurbished product seemed like new.
Cons - Loud, hose is awkward, needs more suction, 'ProHeat' feature seems to me like a marketing gimmick because you still have to fill it up with hot water, and the dirty water tank & brush need to be cleaned/disinfected after each use or it quickly becomes a health hazard. Having to clean after each use really takes away from the convenience.
