Terrible fork. Bent 1st time using. Unrealistic returns process. Dont bother

Tried to exchange for a new one but was told they outsource to a different company to collect returns so had to take day off work and wait in between 08:30 and 18:00. Not viable for £9 fork. Stay away as quality is poor, and returns process is worse.
