Not impressed
5 of 7 found this helpful I'm very disappointed with this product. It is much louder than the one I was replacing, which happened to be a much cheaper brand. The air flow is designed to push the air towards the ceiling leaving the air around you hot and uncomfortable. The drain for the unit holds less than a quart, is too close to the floor to drain without making a mess, and should be redesigned. The old unit held about a gallon and was very easy to dump. As far as the energy usage, I'm not sure. I haven't received my electric bill yet. It seemed to have to run constantly to cool the room less successfully than my old A/C unit. Overall, as you can tell, I probably won't buy another LG air conditioner.

Great price but past the use by date on package
I am concerned with the ink cartridges because they are past the "use by date" on the box. They may be fine, but I won't know until I use them, which could be a couple months from now.
