does not do what it promise
I've bought to fight agains an oral-candida mughetto, but after 10 days of use I had to take fluconazol, a chemical product.

not a good cable, after ten days I can hear only one channel, always habe to try to adjust
the cable was good but with the days it began to create problems. Now I have to take another cable to hear from both channel (a cheaper one). I think the material is not the good one. I would suggest to buy an european one, maybe not cheap but that works without problems
