Gimmick
Used it once and yes it pulled out some wax but ended up at doctors as it compacted wax in my ear blocking it. The idea is good in principle but as it goes right in your ear it’s no different than using a cotton bud.

Great item
Great item nice and compact.
Only fault I would say is that the lead is black and not orange so difficult to see at night.

Cheap and cheerful
It's is fairly good but very thin plastic and cheap quality. But for the price, you get what you pay for and does the job.
