Really unhappy :(

I've used a few epilators now and this one unfortunately is not good at all, when I use it I have to go over the same spot about 5 or 6 times to remove the hairs, everytime I use the epilator for my legs I can never remove all the hair with this one. I am really unhappy with this item and regret buying it. I would of rather spent more money for one that actually works properly and doesn't take 6 or 7 times to remove a tiny bit of hair.
