They work well if you're ready to stop and your skin not too sensitive
REALLY very helpful and efficient, if you're determined and your skin not too sensitive as in my case it causes inflamamations that become very itchy, perhaps an interaction with my painkillers. Also you need to choose a time when life is not going to through you off balance and you go for a fag. They certainly work, and if you miss the sucking bit of smoking cigarettes, have the inhalators as well, they the trick. AND better than vapes, you can get your hit of nicotine ANYWHERE without the passive smoking vapes produce.

Works well if you' re determined
Works very well if you are determined to stop smoking. Can provoke rashes and skin irriraion though.

Essential if you roast a lot !
Have been using them for year, couldn't do without ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ! NO oven cleaning, what a boon :) .
