Doesn't work
For some reason, the mechanical resistance is too big, the pneumatic central locking does not work. Scrap.

OEM part in a fair price
I don't see, why this part has to be so expensive, but anyway, it is the original Mercedes part and it is cheaper, so everything's okay.

Garbage
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a gasoline pump for my Mercedes at this company. My postage is in Miami, but this is a dispatcher who sends the shipments to me to Panama City, Panama.
The correct type of the gasoline pump I have determined by comparing the OEM number on the spare part itself as well as by demand at Mercedes-Benz in Germany.
When I got the pump and installed it, it made a noise during the operation, became extremely hot in seconds and did not even provide enough pressure for the engine in the standby gas. Therefore reinsurance at Mercedes, which said my car needed exactly this pump, and if any gasoline pump is very noisy and hot, it is definitely defective.
So I turned to the supplier to get a new one. Sending the broken part back does not make sense economically, because I am first in Panama and secondly it is defective. Since my Mercedes with this engine is not listed in the US, the supplier says that possibly the part is wrong for my car, that is my fault. Mercedes says the S-Class of these years has the same pump in all vehicles. In addition, the OEM number matches and a noisy, hot gasoline pump is anyway defective, whether for this model or not. All this is evident, but the supplier only accepted a 50% refund.This company sells broken scrap telling you it's your problem, definitely not serious!
