Good protection.

The hyper link to install the product made it really easy. Each device just needs the subscription verified and this is shown clearly in the instructions. I think it is one of the better antivirus / web protection programmes. There is also a telephone and web chat facility where you can talk to a real human and not an inane Chat bot that sends you round in circles winding you up. I have found these people to be very helpful if you have any questions about the software. Only gripe is that you get bombarded with warnings that your membership is about to expire and needs updating. In my previous years subscription these started after about 4 months of a 12 month subscription. It almost drove me back to Norton.

Thanks for the memory

This pendrive has a massive memory and a lifetime warranty. It has worked fine and has taken the whole of my lap top data on it. As regards reliability this is early days but it looks hopeful. It did take hours rather than minutes to copy the data, however if you plan to put so much on its the sort of thing you can leave running overnight and it is done in the morning. Arrived in a durable plastic protective case too. I am happy that it represents great value.

Excellent but one annoyance.

Product seems to work well. No problems in the last 25 months (touch wood). On line support have been very helpful on the two occasions that I have needed help, one occasion took 4 attempts to contact but, once connected, the support was 5 star. Only negative is that McAfee bombard me with notifications that my subscription is about to expire and should be renewed. This started with about 90 days before the first renewal and has continued including just 10 days after the latest renewal. Almost irritating enough to go back to Symantec.
