Very effective pain relief
I am recovering from a broken pelvis, though the bone has healed, the muscle damage and pain are lasting much longer. This item has a wide variety of adjustments which enable me to get relief both from ongoing soreness on the standard settings, and for very painful muscle spasms on different settings. The instruction booklets and diagrams are easy to follow and very specific for treating different kinds of pain. Highly recommended.

An excellent stapler
This is a very sturdy stapler which can take quite a number of sheets easily. It's a replacement for my old Petrus staple which finally gave up the ghost after 15 years heavy use! Although the price might seem expensive, it is worth it because of the quality and long-lasting nature.
