Needs to be filled using a jug as rather heavy
1 of 1 found this helpful Replacement for one bought 5 years ago that had started to leak from the base. Originally bought as my wife has arthritis in her hands and found lifting a kettle difficult. The volume adjustment knob on top had broken off quite some time ago, presumable as it was regularly used to alter amount dispensed for different sized cups and mugs. As there was no replacement knob available managed to set it in the middle with fine nosed pliers and used it by either double dispensing for large mugs or using stop button for cups. The action even on the replacement is rather stiff so lets hope this one lasts.
