Variety of tasty -easy to follow recipes

Bought this alongside another Keto book. The other book didn’t tickle my taste buds at all! This one has lots of tasty food with no silly, strict weighing and measuring. Easy to follow principles. Recipes leave you feeling full without needing to snack. It does suit my other half better though, he has lost his belly fat as he still gets to eat his favourites: cheese and peanut butter!
