easy to use
very simple to use. I got it to reduce swelling after replacement knee op and been very helpful. iced water keeps cold for 6/8 hours. hospitals use them and noticed physio at local rugby club has one. course you need cuff to wrap injury aswell.

Does what it's supposed to do.
Easy to follow instructions. My multi fuel stove is only 5kw and I find that one scoop is ample for one treatment.
