Nice post complete with ball as bonus

Fitting discription very inaccurate
The mirror arrived and with great excitement it was unpacked.
It was immediately evident that the cable exiting the area of the mirror was not to the centre of the ball joint to enable to be concealed within the fitting arm.
The fitting arm is connected to the mirror by four screws through a flat plate thus, if like my vehicle the mirror fitting is a ball into the existing interior mirror it cannot be married or adapted, the plate supplied with the new mirror is the ball part.
For my use the discription was completely misleading.

Nice, compact & easy to connect
Poor centre terminal connection to plate (held by two small lugs).
Cable connection is easy and has good clamp terminal screening
