We offered a replacement if we could locate one, and asked for the weekend to remedy the issue. The customer allowed us the time and we sent a replacement, double checking that we didnt repeat our first mistake. I wish it had said it did not come with a battery
Really hard to play it without a battery.. Where I bought the battery the sales clerk had the same issue I did, no battery with the product
