2 * HP Envy 5640 Printers Black Ink Cartridges
1 of 1 found this helpful The product is fine in the sense that it works fine and print quality is great. For some reason, the cartridges last around 40% of the time that our equivalent (price, size, performance) Brother printer cartridges do. This is a shame and a little short sighted of HP possibly. We all realise that Multinationals have to make huge margins, but this issue will ultimately need to be addressed if HP wish to maintain their privileged position in the lucrative replacement cartridge market. Afterall, purchasing a couple of cartridges costs the same, if not more, than the cost of the actual printer now as we all know. i.e the Printer price is okay now, but cartridge price vs. performance is still an outlier metric for customers.
