I would definitely buy again.
It is exactly as described and worked perfectly to enlarge a hole in an aluminium garden table to take a parosol. This item is also very reasonably priced and arrived very quickly.

Effective but mean on bands
This works very well indeed once you get used to it. I would highly recommend placing a plaster of the tag as well so that you do not scratch or knock the band off in your sleep etc. I do feel that the number of bands that come with the kit is mean to say the least. I lost a few just getting the hang of using the device and scratched another off in my sleep. I feel 20 bands would be fairer for the price charged.
