Canon XH A1S Camcorder - with wide angle lens and accessories

Great Camera

This camera is amazing, for an older camera it works well. Its a tape recording system and that's fine for me. I love the hd picture quality and the superb audio inputs with 48v phantom power, I can use high end studio microphones. Easily record to computer with firewire cable with video recording software. I love it so much, this is my number 2.

Awsome motherboard

I think this is a great motherboard, it was real easy to connect and the bios is super. I like the gui for the bios, different from the traditional bios interface. This bios settings are point, click and drag...nice Robert

Excellent

I don't have much experience in videography, I'm a beginner. I have browse for video tripod that were suppose to be the top of the line, and believe me, they have the top of the line price as well. I was skeptic about this one, being it was locate in "Amityville, New York", Amityville House of Horror, wow!!. No, just kidding, I love it, it works for me. Its smooth when tilting and panning and the camcorder doesn't even move on the tripod while I'm panning or tilting, this is a plus. I don't have the Lanc remote control, so zooming is smooth with no shacking of the camcorder. I would buy another one and do recommend this to someone on a budget. Oh, yeah and whether or not the head is removable, to me, it makes no difference. Great product at a reasonable price.
