Hard to say what the fit would be on a Singer
I took a chance on this, knowing that it might not be suitable as my machine is a Merritt 157 rather than a Singer. The metal pin that goes in to the machine was too long, but I was able to swap the tension discs and spring to the original tensioner so the end result was positive.
