Awful service ordered an item on 2/8/22 it’s now 16/8/22 and still nothing dispatched!!! Not an expensive item but that’s not the point, I’ve contacted seller twice and asked for my product then a refund after not hearing anything back AGAIN, have contacted eBay and there dealing with seller as I can’t get anywhere with this seller!!!!! Will not be purchasing anything from them again

Brought it for 4.99 and planned to try it and buy more if ok. Crayons themselves good for colouring in, but when came to look to buy again price had gone up to 14.99, and it’s cheaper for bigger pack from other sellers on eBay. Packaging was damaged on arrival but crayons were ok so didn’t complain.

Disgraceful seller. Shocking service. Paid for immediately on 7th. Marked as dispatched after 10 days, the 17th. Didn't respond to my communication on whereabouts of goods. Item arrived on 24th, some 17 days after payment was made. When it did arrive it was marked as Royal Mail 24. The item was only a pack of five permanent markers for goodness sake.
