Ease your tendernitist
I've used Vulcan supports previously after my replacement knee operation and found them to be very good.
I lost my old elbow support and needed a replacement, couldn't have found a better one. I currently were it whilst playing golf. I fully recommend this Vulcan tennis / golf support.

No better than an old hose I previous used.
Problems with this product.
1. The hose kinks very easily. Hose quality very poor.
2. Winding the hose back into the housing is not satisfactory it tangles very easily.
I'm not impressed with it. This replaced an old hose for the passed15 years whitched I wound around the outside tap and I feel it's not any better.
