    I received this item quickly. It was very well packaged. I mean the box was completely sealed, it was put in a plastic Ziploc bag, a bubble wrap bag, and was also wrapped in tissue paper. When I got threw all of the layers of protection, I was extremely happy to see that it was exactly how it was pictured. I was honestly surprised that I was able to get this at such a reasonable price. I've seen so many sellers with overpriced items, so I was happy to find what I wanted at a fair price.

Great hitch!!
Fairly easy to install, except there was no mention in the instructions on how to reinstall the muffler hangers afterwards! I had to Google it, and found someone posted a solution. Take a couple longer zip ties and thread them through the bottom hole of the rubber grommet and pull down on it t I'll it slides over the edge of the hanger. I also found that spaying the grommets down with a soapy liquid helped too! After it slides over, then just cut the zip ties off! Easy peasy!
