Looks a bit plasticy in the pictures, but it isn't: well built, solid and quite remarkable abilities.

Quality product, does what it says.

Mainly bought for sous vide, it has been used 4 times in the week that we have had it for pressure cooking and slow cooking as well as sous vide.
The none stick saute feature is excellent and saves having to brown stuff before adding it to the pot.
It look classy as well.
Only gripe is it is quite complicated to use and we would have liked more recipes to get us going.

Excelltn, compact selection of screws
After 10 years as an odd job man, I hung up my tools and downsized all my stock.
There are still many jobs that need doing around our house, so rather than retain loads of different fixings, this product allows me to keep a handful of a varitey of screws in a neat container.
