Ok if you have some mechanical experience
The holes did not line up properly and I needed to put some considerable time ans force into bending it so that all the holes lined up.
I left all of the bolts loose while I tried to line up the holes but the last hole still did not properly line up with the hole being half a hole width out of alignment.
I did eventually get all the bolts on but only after considerable time trying different patterns of bolts until they just about lined up.
If you have the time and patience like I did then it is an ok product but I expected a higher quality of manufacturing for the price.
