Easy to top up the water .
Occasional difficulty fitting the cartridge so that water flows through but minimal fiddling resolves the problem

Difficult subject written with warmth and good humour.
Fabulous book. Insight into some of the most difficult lives in our society but so easy to read. Excellent author.
