What can I say? It's a toilet seat
Frankly, all we needed was the cover since the hinge on ours was broken, but it would have been nice to have a new seat also. Be aware that to install the seat itself the toilet needs to be removed in order to access the bolts at the back. We opted for just replacing the cover.
