Owners manual
I do not know why people take out the owners manual when they trade off their vehicle. It is a very handy item to have when you are not the original owner. This book was still in the original wrapper and a real help

Looks great
0 of 2 found this helpful The water heater arrived quickly and was well packaged. The listing stated that the original package had been damaged and they hooked the unit up to make sure that it worked properly. I looked it over and found all of the parts were there and the unit looks undamaged and brand new. I only gave it four stars because I have not been able to hook it up and test it because of the weather. But after inspecting it, I have no doubt that it will work as promised.
