Looks can be deceptive

Large mop head saves time. Double water tank is a good idea. Biggest disadvantage is that you have to hold down the steam button almost continuously to get enough steam to come out. This is quite painful on the fingers/hand after a while. Only one mop head with the machine and unable to order any others (out of stock), however cheaper alternatives are available (ebay)
