Good quality
Fits well but it is dear, although the quality is excellent. It's not that easy to put on but that's down to the position of our bed which is the same as shown in the listing. An island bed would be much easier. It took 2 of us to fit it - one to hold up the mattress and the other to tuck the sheet in underneath.

Wonderful Recipes
Madhur Jaffrey writes some very helpful and interesting things at the beginning, e.g. if chillies are too hot an ingredient then just leave them out. This was great advice as the dishes are still wonderful without the extreme heat from chilies and similar "hot" ingredients. The recipes are clearly laid out and simple to follow. I would definitely recommend this book to get started on making authentic Indian food.
