Great for kids
My 14 year old son just doesn't wake easily in the morning. His repetitive use of the snooze button was making everyone very angry because we could all hear the alarm and he either didn't hear it or hit the snooze over and over. The whole house except for him would be awake and furious with him! This shaker alarm does a better job of waking him. He can hit the snooze and it doesn't bother everyone. We choose to use the birds sound at a relatively low volume and the vibration at maximum strength. The only tricky part is remembering to synchronize the alarm with your smartphone after every change. Otherwise the shaker does not know the new alarm time and will not go off. This is easy to do but easy to forget at first. I highly recommend this product.
