Wii Fit and Mii
1 of 1 found this helpful At 65, with coronary artery disease, the treadmill was boring and did not motivate me to exercise. This Wii Fit has me "hooked." I've only missed three days in the past 34 and love the competitiveness and progress tracking of this program and the fact that I can exercise in my bedroom no matter the weather! Highly recommend this for flexibility, balance, and aerobic training. I've even beaten some of my grandchildren' scores! I'm hoping I'll lose some pounds as well as tone and stretch these old muscles and joints. Well worth the investment!
