No Change, still Sir Bark a Lot

Great idea but did not work for my pooch. When taking my dog out he barks at everyone and anything, he is a westie with a severe case of small dog syndrome and I have tried most things. Any jolt set the collar off, not just his barking, he was not bothered by either the sound or vibration. Back to the drawing board for me :-(
