Dry, not smoothe, had to toss them :(
1 of 2 found this helpful Must be old pens .... dried up? I know it's an older version of Papermate pens but I didn't expect them to be dry and scratchy. I'm a WRITER and I need a pen that movies smoothly across the paper. Used to love this type of PaperMate pen :(
